Our Customisation Process

The customization process has been streamlined into five smooth steps to ensure it is as luxurious as the final product.

Consultation

It starts with a conversation. Send your vision to our design team: a mood board, an image of your space, or a sketch. We negotiate your layout, aesthetic, and functional needs. Our experts will help you understand what is possible, provide technical guidance, and give you a clear quote based on your specifications.

Design Selection

Choose the soul of your rug. You may adapt any pattern from our existing collections by altering its size, recoloring it, or adjusting its repeat. Alternatively, provide your artwork or drawing, and our team will digitize and refine it into a weaving blueprint. We also go beyond rectangles; hence, custom geometric shapes like circles and runners, as well as freeform abstract silhouettes, are all possible.

Material Selection

The character of your rug is defined by what it is made of. We offer premium wool for its natural resilience and temperature regulation, viscose for a silky sheen on accent pieces, and jute for organic, textured charm and durability.

Construction Method

How your rug is built determines its longevity and feel. Select between hand-knotted as heirloom, hand-tufted as plush and soft, hand-woven as flat, lightweight, and reversible, handloom as clean-lined and versatile, or flatweave as smooth, pile-free, and perfect for high-traffic areas. Our craftsmen will also assist you in determining the height of the piles and can mix cut-and-loop textures to create special effects.

Production & Delivery

Our skilled weavers in Bhadohi begin their work after completing all checks. The average custom rug takes 15 to 30 days of hard work, depending on the complexity and size. During production, we can provide progress updates when requested. After successful weaving and final quality checking, your rug is rolled, packed, and delivered to your doorstep with insured and fast delivery.
